Piece of the variety printed on paper without watermark, type 1 numeral, numbered in red, [range with initial numbers 089XXX].
A reasonably acceptable piece, in heavily circulated condition. Banknote after an amateur repair done, perhaps in the era? by gluing together the torn parts.
