Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, including with J. Pankiewicz; in 1924 he went to Paris with a group of colleagues forming the so-called Paris Committee (Capists). He painted still lifes and landscapes. After the war, he was involved in polychromy, working, among other things, on the restoration of tenements in the Old Town in Lublin.
