Stasys Krasauskas (1929-1977) - graphic artist, painter, classic of modern Lithuanian graphic art. His prints and drawings are characterised by a dynamic line, symbolic composition and a strong humanistic content, revealing the inner drama, spiritual tension and the desire for freedom. Krasauskas is considered one of the most original and influential Lithuanian printmakers of the 20th century, creating a distinctive, easily recognisable artistic language.
