Openwork pendant, with a horse figure of St. George fighting a dragon inscribed in a circle. The abutment is decorated with floral motifs and symmetrically arranged five rubies. The sixth ruby at the base of the pendant at the top. On the inside engraved with Cyrillic initials and date: "A.P. 1840 Moscow".
