The bond's graphic design is based on the appearance of the 1000 mark banknote dated 17/05/1919. These bonds were issued in 1920 to finance the Polish-Soviet war.
An attractive piece, part of the bond, secondarily cut from it, graded with a PMG grading note with an EPQ annotation indicating exceptional paper quality.
