Excellent art, first of all superbly colored. Very fresh in reception.
Virtually no sagging, only significant back scratching where the paper rubs on the horizontal watermark lines. Spotting locally at the top of the obverse and two production wrinkles at the top of the bill.
Paper stiff, with clear texture. Preserved impressive, well pressed and glossy dry seal.
A rare denomination in these states.
