A very rare pattern of the early communist period.
This is an acceptance/technology design of the first of the four denominations of the 1947 issue. A specially prepared banknote - with zero numbering (0000000), without additional overprints - which served as a specimen piece. Presented at the final stage of preparation for the actual banknote issue, for final approval of the design.
This is an item known from the unit notes, in contrast to the cash designs, which were marked with the SPECIMEN inscription, crossed out and had consecutive numbering (1234567).
This is well shown in this Onebid archive, where among more than 40 patterns of this bill, only 3 were of this type.
