They contain the history of the image and cult of Our Lady of Czestochowa. The whole work is divided into 12 parts, of which the fourth describes "the victory over the Turks, Muscovites and Tartars," while the eleventh describes "the siege by the Swedes" (Estreicher). In 1683, a Polish translation titled "Odrobiny stół królewskiego" was published.
