Bronislaw Chromy is known for his animalistic bronze sculptures. The artist is keen on animal subjects and tries to depict creatures in an interesting, non-obvious way. Standing on a stone base, the patinated owl looks extremely diverse, depending on its positioning. Modifying the classical physiognomy of the bird, depriving the figure of its wings and reducing the need to go into realistic details, Chromy came up with a distinctive and original owl.
