Helma Fischer-Oels (1860–70–1930) was a Silesian printmaker associated with Oleśnica and Wrocław. She likely studied art in Wrocław. She was a member of the Association of Silesian Women Artists. She is the author of numerous etchings depicting views of Oleśnica, Wrocław, and its surroundings, published, among others, in Wrocław by B. Richter and B.
