Biography
From 1904 to 1908 she studied at the Warsaw School of Fine Arts in the studio of Konrad Krzyzanowski. She continued her studies in Paris. After returning to the country, she was involved in making a polychrome of a church in Radomsko (1914). In the following years she lived in Czestochowa and Zakopane, to settle in Warsaw in 1923. Her home then became a meeting place for the capital's artistic bohemia. The artist participated in many group exhibitions, including in Zakopane, Warsaw and Gdynia. She painted genre scenes, landscapes, still lifes, as well as portraits. A separate part of her oeuvre are miniatures painted on wood, ivory or tin.
