Biography
Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow (1900-1901) and in Paris, where he collaborated with Leopold Gottlieb. Together they published an album of landscapes (Album of Lithographs, Paris 1904). He was a member of the TZSP; exhibited in Warsaw at the TZSP and at the Salon of Aleksander Krywult; in Paris at the Salon of Independents and the Autumn Salon. He was often in France; at that time he lived in Paris or in St.-Jean-du-Doigt (Brittany). He painted mainly landscapes, often seascapes; he was also interested in Jewish subjects (Synagogue in Przasnysz).
