Painter associated with Warsaw, where he lived and worked permanently. Between 1926 and 1931 he studied at the Warsaw Municipal School of Decorative Arts and Painting (former Drawing Class). The leading subject of his paintings was urban views, painted in oil and watercolor. In 1935-1938 he created a series of watercolors depicting objects of Polish architecture; among them, the interiors of the Royal Castle in Warsaw and the Wilanów Palace. After the war, he also enjoyed painting horses against landscapes.
