Single-shot flintlock pistol of Central European origin, dated circa 1760. Flintlock with plain metal parts without decoration, illegible signature "ios .....in....lynch....". Dark wood stock richly decorated with carvings with plant and geometric motifs. The handle is finished with a brass tip decorated with engravings. Round barrel with a smooth bore, fixed with brass bands, partly decorated with fine engravings, equipped with a front sight. The trigger mechanism is simple, with a brass trigger without decoration. A wooden charging rod with a brass end is fixed under the barrel. Dimensions
