She graduated from the Municipal School of Decorative Arts and Painting in Warsaw (1933-37), then continued her studies in Paris. After the outbreak of World War II, she returned to Poland. During the occupation, she wove fabrics and designed furniture and toys at the "Contemporary Interior" company in Warsaw. She worked with many publishing houses, doing cover designs, wrappers and illustrations. Since 1961, she was employed as an artistic manager of the ORNO cooperative, where she designed silverware. She had many solo and group exhibitions, winning prizes and awards. She made many miniatures on ivory and paper.
