Denmark Medal 1975 The Flying Trunk. Issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the death of Denmark's world famous storyteller Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875). A classical; facing portrait of Andersen appears on the obverse of the medal. Its reverse design depicts a scene from his fairy tale The Flying Trunk.
