Polish visual artist. He comes from a family with strong artistic roots, in which he was particularly noted:
Józef Wodyński (1884 - 1947) - Polish stage designer and painter, pupil of J. Stanislawski, J. Falat,
Jan Wodyński (1903 - 1988) - Polish color painter, student of W. Weiss
In 2005, Łukasz Wodyński defended his diploma from the State High School of Fine Arts in Bydgoszcz, majoring in graphic design. In 2010, he defended his diploma in painting with distinction in the studio of Prof. Piotr Klugowski at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the MIKO£AJ KOPERNIK UNIVERSITY in Toruñ.
In his work, the artist uses both classical drawing and painting techniques as well as multimedia and performance techniques. His work is multilayered. Above all, it centers around the theme of man and the deep existential, emotional and spiritual ground associated with it.
His works have been presented at, among others, CENTER OF CONTEMPORARY ART in Torun, CENTER OF CONTEMPORARY ART ZAMEK UJAZDOWSKI, CK TEATR in Grudziadz, Zadra Gallery in Warsaw, METRO: AURA LIEU A in Paris, ANAGMA GALLERY in Valencia.
