Reverse: a crowned four-arch crown with five trefoil fleurons, with jewels on the arches; a three-field coat-of-arms shield bearing the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and the Sobieski family coat of arms - Janina; beneath the crown, the denomination “VI”; beneath the shield, the date “16-83”; on the rim, an inscription divided by the Jelita coat of arms in an oval shield:
