Obverse: royal bust in crown and armor, with a tubular orifice seen from the side, to the right, in the rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Lewart Podskarbie Wielki Koronny Jan Firlej in a shield:

Reverse: denomination III, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pogo of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania between the ornaments, below it the legend in three lines:
GROS-ARG/TRIP-REG/-POLONI-, below it an abbreviation of the date 92 and the mint marks ring and triangle of the miners Goebel and Gonzalo between the ornaments
