Scarce and pictorially attractive reverse type. There are two principal types of this reverse at Siscia with the emperor galloping left (type no. 98) or right (type no. 97) over enemy. Alfoldi then distinguishes a number of further variants depending on the position of the enemy and the presence or absence of a shield next to the enemy).
Virtually as struck and with full original silvering. Extremely rare in such an exceptional state of preservation!
