Małgorzata JASTRZĘBSKA (1975)
Diploma in 2001 at the Faculty of Arts of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Works mainly in geometric painting, where concept, construction and color play a dominant role. Traditional painting happens to be the starting point for further photographic and digital experiences. The essence of these activities is the process of creating an idea close to design, but remaining in the realm of "non-utilitarian" objects. Individual and group exhibitions at home and abroad, including: "Geometry of the eye" (2006) Warsaw; "On the rotation of colors" (2008) Warsaw; "Geometrie der Farben" (2009) Hannover; "Hasior - Reincarnations" (2012) Zakopane; "Kobro House" (2012) Lodz. Works in Polish and foreign collections.
