Inscription around: ALEXANDER III WENÄÄN KEISARI SUOMEN SUURI - RUHTINAS (Alexander III, Emperor of Russia, Grand Duke of Finland). Rev.: Three-line inscription within a wreath composed of grain stalks, oak branches, and flowers; engraver’s initials beneath the bow at bottom. Inscription around: KEISARILLINEN SUOMEN TALOUSSEURA(Imperial Finnish Agricultural Society). In center: TAITO | JA | TOIMI (For Knowledge and Labor). Below the wreath: C . J . (Carl Jahn) This agricultural award medal was issued under the reign of Alexander III by the Imperial Finnish Agricultural Society.
