In the center of the stylized ribbon (above the level) is a panel with Vytis covered with red enamel. Inscription on the edges of the ribbon (from left to right): “Ž.Ū.M. M.K. IX L. ' The reverse mark is equal; there are 5 holes through which the copper needles holding the 2nd floor are pierced and folded. Suffix 15 mm diameter nut with two bumps; the inscription “J. Trikampio kraštai padengti žaliu emaliu. 2 iškabos aukštas - ruletės kompozicija ir lygis su trikoju ir juostele. Stilizuoto kaspino centre (virš lygio) yra panelė su Vyčiu; padengta raudonu emaliu. Juostelės kraštuose (iš kairės į dešinę) užrašas: „Ž.Ū.M. M.K. IX L. 'Atvirkštinis ženklas yra lygus; yra 5 skylės. per kurias perveriamos ir sulankstomos varinės adatos; laikančios 2 aukštą.
