Lithuania Star of the Order of the Grand Duke of Lithuania Gediminas (1928-1940). The order named after the Grand Duke of Lithuania Gediminas was established in 1927. December 9 on the initiative of Prime Minister Augustin Voldemar. The first signs of the order were created by the artist Andrius Lopuchinas. 1929 the order was slightly modernized by Jonas Buračas. 1928–1930 was four; then five degrees.
