Bohdan Wincenty Łoboda

Studies: Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz.
Postgraduate studies: State Higher School of Theater in Warsaw,
Faculty of Puppet Theater Direction in Bialystok.
Author of stage designs for children's plays at the State Puppet Theaters in Gdansk, Poznan, Lublin, Będzin, Bielsko and the Theater in Radom, among others.
Recently, he has been painting paintings that "feature" fairy tale characters and situations taken
from theatrical performances for which he has done stage design.
For many years, he was involved in printmaking, especially color woodcuts. The subject of these works was often a female portrait - a juxtaposition of two faces, two
personalities - a dialogue or conflict expressed as sparingly as possible by graphic means.
