Biography
The artist transfers to the canvas the emotions arising from his observations of the world around him, favoring non-representational scenes bordering on Op Art. He draws inspiration from the works of, among others, Marek Grotjahn, Jan Ziemski, and Wojciech Fangor. A momentary gaze at one of Jancik’s paintings does not create visual tension; rather, it calms the mind while simultaneously stimulating reflection. He exhibits and sells his works in galleries and at Polish auction houses.
