The sculpture Affection IX is the 9th sculpture in the series of the same name, which was launched in 2020. The series - maintained in muted beiges, browns and blacks refers to the nuances of human relationships. Each sculpture consists of at least two elements, whose shape and positioning are a certain visual metaphor. The organic yet ambiguous nature of the forms lures the sense of touch and gives the impression that these sculptures are asking the viewer what they actually are.
