Journal of Laws of the Kingdom of Poland Volume 9 No. 39 is entirely devoted to the Earth Credit Society and contains the "Law on the Establishment of the Earth Credit Society in the Kingdom of Poland". In addition to the text of the law itself, the Journal of Laws included specimens (view prints) of a period I mortgage letter and a coupon sheet for this letter.
There are at least 7 types (varieties) of these templates, differing in minor details (the shape of the ornaments in the frames, the type of font or the composition of individual lines of text).
The specimen that is the subject of this auction in the "Catalogue of Pledge Letters from the Polish Lands" is described as specimen "c" (item TKZ.W-1.C.c).
The 4% view prints of the mortgage bonds of the Ziemski Credit Society are also mentioned by Jan Moczydłowski on page 39 of the "Illustrated Catalogue of Bonds of Pre- and Post-Partition Poland".
