Hand-dated Kępno, December 13, 1954. Manuscript, folded, 2 sheets, written on all four sides, measuring approx. 21 x 15 cm; envelope approx. 11.5 x 16 cm.
In good condition. Lucjan Siemieński (1807–1877)—Polish poet, writer, journalist, literary critic, translator, and participant in the November Uprising; professor at the Jagiellonian University, member of the Academy of Arts; he translated, among other works, Homer’s *Odyssey*. Wojciech Marceli Gielecki (1876–1957)—Polish classical philologist, philosopher, and long-time curator of the Jagiellonian Library in Kraków. 10624/25
