Cezary Trzepizur's oil painting is a strong load of expression and color. In his works, he shows the painterly qualities of the painting, focusing attention on composition, color harmony and textural effects. His works are dominated by intimate themes centered mainly around still life and landscape. Often the works are on the borderline with abstraction. The artist combines the world of imagination with the rigors of intellectual reflection, elements of real reality with painting fiction and existing things with invented ones. He has developed his own style characterized by the highest color values, free texture and expressive stain. (Source: note from a recent exhibition).
