Biography
He graduated with a degree in painting from the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (Faculty of Graphic Arts in Katowice) in 1985. He has been a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers since 1998. His paintings represent a Polish take on surrealism, in which the artist combines the lyrical atmosphere of the Polish countryside with fantastical, supernatural, and extraordinary elements. He has held over a dozen solo exhibitions, and his works have been featured in dozens of group exhibitions both in Poland and abroad.
