Krzysztof Żyngiel - born September 2, 1982 inCzestochowa. painter artistofPolish-Lithuanian origin.Winner of numerous national and international competitions. In 2009 recognized byGazeta Wyborcza as one of the 13 most popular Polish painters of the young generation. The artist graduated fromthe Jan Długosz Academy in Częstochowa in2005with a degree in fine arts. He defended his diploma with distinction. In 2005 he received an honorable mention from Tomasz Sętowski for his drawing depictinga fantastic vision of a baroque female bust. For many years he has participated in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad. According to the artist himself, one of the most interesting experiences was presenting his work alongside other Polish painters at the Metamorphoses exhibition. The works of more than 60 artists came from the private collection of Mr. and Mrs. Krużycki. In 2017, he was nominated byMondial Art Academia as its ambassador to Poland. The selection was made by an international group of titled and very well-known artists from around the world. At the same time, in 2017 Mondial Art Academia published an album of world painting, where it included two works by Krzysztof Zhyngiel , and awarded him a silver medal in the international Surrealist competition for his paintingOceanic Gravedigger. In 2018, the painter joinedthe ZPAP and began using a pseudonym and signing his works as Animus. He lives in Częstochowa, where he established an author's studio in 2006.
