He creates pleasing to the eye "painterly collages" of forms and shapes. Sophisticated, original as well as everyday objects, which he sets in a magical world of children's fantasy and imagination.
The simple form and vivid painting attract attention not only because of the strong color but also because of the interesting subject matter. Oleg Litvinenko's works are excellent fun for the observer. It is impossible to notice at once all the cleverly hidden objects in the paintings, which the author seems to smuggle from the everyday world into the world of children's imagination.
The small formats are illuminated by pure, vivid contrasting colors.
