Biography Wal Jarosz
Waldemar Jarosz was born a long time ago in a beautiful village near Warsaw
Zlotokłos. He graduated from the Artistic and Pedagogical Studies at the Czestochowa State University of Fine Arts
(now the Jan Długosz Academy). For some time he lived in
Warsaw's Ursynów district and worked at Józef Szajna's Studio Theater as a
theater craftsman. He currently lives in Koszalin. He actively participates in
group exhibitions, he also exhibits individually in galleries of the city,
region, Poland. A few years ago he founded the Group 4 creative group and organizes
exhibitions of group members. He is the originator of the Real project , a meeting
of artists met on the Internet in the space of the Koszalin Gallery.
He organizes open-air workshops for artists met online. The creative output is mainly
Oil painting, oil pastel sometimes watercolor, gouache, drawing, collage.
Favorite subjects are: human figure, animals, landscapes, portraits. He creates
cycles of works to explore an artistic problem that is bothering him. This is how the cycles were created:
Goose, Animal, Backyards, Horse Variations, Hens, I am a Woman, Abstract.
