A cross-shaped badge made of metal in patinated gold and bronze tones. In the center is an image of a crowned eagle, referencing the Polish coat of arms. On its breast is a heraldic shield. The arms of the cross are adorned with the inscriptions: "FRONT," "LIT-," "BIAŁ," and the lower arm bears the date 1919–1920, referring to the period of fighting on the Lithuanian-Belarusian front.
