Sake drinking set with a motif of galloping horses

The set consists of a traditional ceramic sake decanter - tokkuri - and two small bowls. The vessels are covered with celadon-type glaze in a characteristic celadon color, with visible large craquelure (grid of cracks) and decorated with the motif of a running horse, which was done in gilding technique. The Tokkuri is additionally decorated with an openwork decoration with the motif of boar's eyes and on top, and is partially painted with brown paint, symbolizing the surface on which the steeds run.
Tokkuri is signed. A box is included for better storage and protection of the item.
