Obverse: the crowned coat of arms of Gdańsk within a pearl border; in the outer rim, an inscription beginning with a trefoil:
GROSSVS*CIVIT*DANC3K*1535;

Reverse: within a pearl border, a royal bust in armor and a crown, facing right; in the outer border, a legend beginning with an asterisk:
SIGIS•I•REX•POLO•DO•TO•PRVS;
