Bust of Sigismund III Vasa in profile to the right wearing a crown and armor decorated on the shoulder with a lion's head. Inner border of pearls and beads, outer border of string. Under the bust the coat of arms of Lewart (Jan Firlej - Great Treasurer of the Crown) in a shield.
In the rim an inscription punctuated at the top with a crown and at the bottom with the Lewart coat of arms: SIGISMVN III D G - Lewart coat of arms - REX POL M D L

Crown. On the sides of the crown a triangle (of Gracjan Gonzalo - minter of the Malbork mint) and a ring (of Kacper Goebel - lessee of the Malbork mint) Under the crown a five-field shield with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and the Vasa dynasty. Inner border of pearls, outer border of pearls and beads.
In the rim an inscription divided at the top by a crown: MONE NO AVR REGNI POLONI 9Z
Variety with a single inner border on the obverse.
Inscribed variety with the king's titula SIGISMVN III ... POL ... on the obverse.

Minor minting imperfections, but for this type a beautifully struck and preserved piece. Beautiful detail. Gloss and lots of mint mirror. Extremely rare coin and virtually unavailable on the collector market. A beautiful piece to adorn the best collections.
