Silver-plated tin, Cailar, Bayard & Cie, France
An elegant silver-plated tin with a lid from the French brand Cailar, Bayard & Cie (founded in 1848 in Paris, acquired in the early 20th century by Bouillet & Bourdelle. The brand ceased to exist in 1934). In good condition; the lid has slight scratches and discoloration. Manufacturer’s and material hallmarks on the bottom.
