Kosciuszko Insurrection50 zloty 1794 treasury ticket, series A and numbered in 5 digits: 35992
This is a rare variant, occurring in a 1:8 ratio to the other pieces, occurring on a single sheet of handmade paper for printing this denomination - with a filigree in the form of the so-called coat of arms with the motif of the postillion's trumpet in the middle, i.e. the upper part of the main filigree, of one of the Dutch handmade paper manufacturers. In addition, and what is very rare, the signal horn itself (the postillion's trumpet), is whole, not cut off in its lower part, which is extremely rare.
The banknote is natural, with preserved visible "ribbed" handmade paper texture, with a good presence. On the reverse side, on the upper and lower margins, traces of pasting - as noted in the description on the slab. Piece with visible B S letters and a dry stamp, which is fairly well legible, with a misspelling in the word "NON-PO(L)EGL" characteristic of this denomination, as well as well visible signatures of two commissioners J. Klek and J. Gaczkowski.
A nice piece, confirmed by a PMG grading note appropriate to the condition.
