A very rare and striking municipal bond from Lublin.
This issue was never put into circulation and is virtually never seen on the market. Publicly available archives list only two known examples—one from 1999 and another, as noted in the description, a restored specimen sold in 2020 for 4,800 PLN.
This specimen is beautifully preserved: a single, gentle fold in half and slight creases on the sides, with no scuffs. The bond is entirely natural, with a superbly preserved, characteristic, slightly ribbed paper texture.
The finest piece of this denomination known to us.
