Condition: no fold-out board no.9 - drawing of the table! Board #10 with traces of flooding and a loss of about 1 cm in the middle, board #12 and a non-colored board with ornaments with traces of flooding. Card with a photo of a bedroom - flooded at the bottom. Both spines of the portfolio heavily scarred, with tears and traces of flooding on the left side. Cover dusted.
